The Client: Ryerson Museum
The Story
One can’t expect to work on a Museum project without a touch of artistry involved. The Ryerson Library/Museum project - a blue wall cladding and glass wall - like many pieces of art, was more than meets the eye. koPo leapt at the opportunity to create its own Picasso.
The Solution
What looks simple in its final completion was an exceptional challenge - similar to putting a pile of puzzle pieces together. Intricate shop drawings, executed with two lasers to set and shoot angles to measure for final installation required intense precision. Custom finish blue coated aluminum panels and glass tempered siliconed into place delivered a finished product that speaks for itself.
